# TODOS — moved to `TODOS/`

The task checklist lives in per-phase files under [`TODOS/`](TODOS/index.md)
(`TODOS/phase-<n>.md`), which is the actively maintained source of truth.

This file was a 7.7 MB monolith of the same content; it went stale on 2026-06-25
while `TODOS/` kept receiving updates, and was retired on 2026-07-16 (audit R-3,
`docs/audits/MONOREPO_ARCHITECTURE_AUDIT_2026-07-16.md`). Its full history is in
git (`git log -- TODOS.md`).

Checkbox discipline is unchanged and defined in `CLAUDE.md`: the `[ ]`/`[x]`
state in the phase files is the sole source of truth, one task verified at a
time.
