# ADR: Frame-Data Spreadsheet Schema

## Decision

The V2 balance team owns the frame-data schema. Sophia ingests the published
schema and data for wiki, citations, and RAG, but does not define gameplay frame
semantics.

The release-candidate cook hook is `@v2/sophia-release-candidate-ingestion`,
which sends the spreadsheet and patch-notes corpus through `@sophia/ingestion`
before cook artifacts are built.

## Implementation Contract

- Schema target path: `V2/balance/schema/frame-data.schema.json`.
- Source data target path: `V2/balance/data/`.
- Export target path: `V2/balance/exports/<branch>/frame-data.csv`.
- Release-candidate patch notes target path: `V2/balance/patch-notes/`.
- CI must validate schema, import into UE data tables, and run golden replay
  checks before any frame-data change is marked complete.
