# ADR: Model Card Hosting

## Decision

V2 model cards live in `V2/docs/ai/model-cards/`. `@nous/safety` owns runtime
model lifecycle metadata, and `@themis/accountability` owns audit evidence and
regulator-facing export.

## Implementation Contract

Every V2 AI service must have a model card before live use. The card must cover
purpose, provider, data sources, risk class, disclosure text, evaluation
results, fallback behavior, cost cap, region restrictions, and owner.
