- Rating-board submission: package the gore-restricted build with explicit notes
  for violence, explicit violence, chats, in-game purchases, and adult-only
  store handling.
- Fatalities policy: Fatalities are disabled or substituted with non-gore
  alternatives by default for this SKU.
- Store-page copy: branch German store text to the USK 18 SKU and state that the
  German build substitutes gore-heavy finishers by default.
