- Rating-board submission: use the current legal review branch for 18+ age
  marking, harmful-information classification, storefront labels, and any
  distributor-specific CIS requirements active at ship time.
- Store-page copy: keep Russian and CIS store copy separate from global copy and
  require legal signoff before release.
- Marketing assets: route violence, profanity, political, and sensitive-symbol
  creatives through the current legal branch.
- In-game text: all Russian strings must pass profanity, extremist-symbol,
