# V5 Compliance Launch Pack

This packet anchors the launch implementation for GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DSA, COPPA,
EU data residency, CN data residency, region privacy notices, and marketing-site
cookie consent.

## Runtime surfaces

- `V5Compliance` exposes Blueprint-readable compliance models for DSAR requests,
  account consent, DSA moderation reports, COPPA age-gate restrictions,
  residency policies, privacy notices, cookie-consent models, and launch gates.
- `@v5/service-compliance-dsar` accepts companion-app DSAR export/erasure
  requests, CCPA do-not-sell updates, DSA moderation reports/appeals, and COPPA
  age-gate submissions.
- `apps/oshun/web` owns the public marketing/legal consent banner and links to
  the regional privacy and cookie notices.

## Data files

- `V5/legal/privacy-notices.json` is the per-region notice manifest.
- `V5/legal/data-residency.json` defines global, CA, EU, UK, and CN storage
  policies. EU and CN policies block cross-region replication.
- `V5/legal/cookie-consent.json` defines public-site consent categories and
  regional defaults.

The legal manifests are implementation artifacts for release gating and must be
reviewed by counsel before public launch copy is finalized.
