Observations#

  • /veritas h1 "The slow geometry of climate adaptation." (prior "no h1" fixed).
  • /veritas/evidence renders the two-pane view (drift cases vs retractions) with resolution-state colour coding (rebuilt goal-3 8ad5d6a4df); prior 404 fixed.
  • Hub links to /veritas/topic, /veritas/source, /veritas/story, /veritas/claim — all 200. The /veritas/claim/sample 404 from the prior walk was a test placeholder (the app uses static /veritas/claim, not /claim/[id]).
  • /v1/veritas/briefing/home → 200 via mock adapters (prior 401/500 resolved).
  • 2026-06-23 addendum: veritas-home-outage.spec.ts boots a real outage-mode BFF and verifies /v1/veritas/briefing/home → 503 plus the /veritas browser no-lead render.

Resolved since prior walk#

  • /veritas/evidence 404 — fixed. /veritas no h1 — fixed.
  • /v1/veritas/briefing/home 401/500 — resolved (mock-adapter mode).
  • Browser-induced downstream 503 — covered by the dedicated outage Playwright config and spec.

2026-06-29 topic/citation addendum#

  • apps/oshun/web/e2e/veritas-evidence-trail.spec.ts now opens /veritas/topic and verifies the topic masthead count attributes, settled/open row attributes, 28-cell reading-history grid, primary-source rows, gaps lines, and static follow-status rows through data-veritas-topic-* anchors.
  • The same spec now asserts the Sophia citation contract across claim, source, and counterclaim surfaces: selected-claim source rows expose source name, band, href, date, and quote; the Statnett source profile aligns with the cited A band, rationale, and history; and counterclaim evidence exposes source quality band, provenance, reviewer attestation, and excerpt hash.

2026-07-02 hub/evidence-rail addendum#

  • veritas-evidence-trail.spec.ts now covers the grounded /veritas hub as the journey entry into the real evidence trail: masthead, article, BFF-backed claim rail, action row, and subnav links render from /v1/veritas/briefing/home.
  • The same test corrects the route contract: "Read sources" jumps to the real on-page #veritas-evidence-rail; direct /veritas/claim remains covered as the fallback/bookmark entry into claim mode.
