Authoring-only bridge for the V2 racing component. It composes Galatea
kinematics and whole-body control for vehicle-as-articulated-body driver probes,
Saraswati EV powertrain primitives for hybrid/electric vehicle modeling, and
Maya Genesis terrain/urban readiness for tracks and open-world traversal.

The bridge writes cook-time manifests for `V2Vehicles`, `V2RacePhysics`, and
`V2RaceTracks`. It is explicitly off rollback and rejects live race-frame calls.
