# @v2/themis-dispute-resolution

V2 service adapter for DSA Statement-of-Reasons, moderation appeals, and
tournament-result dispute intake. The package composes
`@themis/dispute-resolution` as the source of truth for machine-readable
moderation notices, appeal routing, reviewer queues, and auditor-backed
tournament result review.

The adapter records governance and audit surfaces only. It is off rollback and
cannot affect deterministic rollback inputs, match simulation, frame data, or
competitive outcome calculation.
