not hand-edit. Inventory digest `5535e7664465a54d`; prompt-ratchet hash
`cad7c1cb4098c319112dae202dce495dbc2c27b1143957105a3b1e9b94939b8b`; 98 entries.

The inventory executes the same production builders as the SMX prompt hash and
records exact runtime values. Tool entries include the complete input schema, so
nested parameter descriptions and constraints are diffable and hash-covered.
Included: stable conduct variants, exact served skill text, and the union of
exact runtime tool definitions offerable to an admin-scoped turn. Excluded:
dynamic engine/persona/daypart/memory/page/tour-catalog parts, which vary per
session or turn.
