Decision#

The live assistant evaluator now resolves the shipping release from libs/oshun/navigation/src/release-scope.ts before sharding the deck, creating an app, or spending a provider token. The explicit V1-line mapping keeps the honest deferred-room expectations in V1.0 and V1.1 and selects each case's exact releaseBlocked.restoreExpectation in V1.2.

The mapping is intentionally total and fail closed. A non-object scope, a missing or non-string release, an unsupported release, a mismatched restore boundary, or an ambiguous release-blocked multi-turn case raises AssistantEvalReleaseScopeError; none silently falls back to the current or future expectation.

Boundaries#

This does not open Veritas or Metis in V1.0, remove the seven advisory annotations, or claim a fresh provider measurement. Task 10.3 now supplies provider-free execution of all seven cases under both scopes and explicit inverted/missing mapping controls. Task 10.4 owns k≥10 provider remeasurement and any later annotation promotion or retirement.
