1. Identity#
- Domain: creative-production disputes and collaboration.
- Use-case classes:
creative_collaboration, boundedcommerce_negotiation, andplatform_dispute. - Operational mode:
mediation_support; legal-review-required drafting for ownership, union, guild, or enforceable royalty terms.
2. Contents#
- Templates: credit attribution, scheduling compromise, budget variance, royalty recalculation, revision scope, approval authority, producer conflict, remote-crew resolution, and delivery acceptance.
- Constraints: consent from every party; unique roles/party identifiers; shares total exactly one; bounded budgets and revision rounds; explicit acceptance authority and response windows; provenance for source/license evidence; no disposition of rights beyond a party's verified authority.
- Mandatory review: union grievance, workplace safety, hostile-environment, labor standards, wage theft, guild jurisdiction, ambiguous copyright, export-control, and criminal signals refuse automated handling and route to the appropriate guild, counsel, safety, compliance, or authorities.
- Jurisdiction: collaboration planning is jurisdiction-neutral; employment, IP transfer, union/guild, and royalty enforcement require an approved overlay.
3. Sources#
Drafted by Yemaya production owners and Concordia reviewers using production,
guild, copyright, and mediation-ethics sources catalogued in
bibliography.md. Originality evidence
is supplied through the Themis shield rather than invented by this bundle.
4. Evaluation#
The Yemaya integration tests admission/refusal and all nine typed resolution families. Pilot value uses first-pass creative delivery acceptance, revision rounds, cycle time, obligation completion, and subjective value. Labor/safety routing misses, unauthorized rights disposition, and privacy incidents are guardrails.
5. Use#
evaluateYemayaAdmission runs before candidate generation. Admitted cases use
the typed Yemaya resolution union, Concordia validator, mandatory reviewer
queues, and Aje only when reviewed escrow execution is explicitly selected.
6. Refresh#
Refresh on guild/union agreements, copyright/AI guidance, production-safety rules, domain schema, or originality-evidence changes. Last refresh: 2026-07-15.
