# Nike Domain - Features

> Legacy Planned Physical Wellness and Fitness Instruction Domain (TODO
> Phase 15)

Nike is a legacy planned domain label for physical wellness and fitness
instruction. No `apps/nike/*` or `libs/nike/*` packages have been created yet.
The capabilities originally scoped to Nike in Phase 15 were implemented under
Lilith service and library paths; ongoing active ownership of movement
intelligence and physical-discipline features belongs to Shakti. This directory
exists to keep the planned-domain catalog complete and to provide a clear
reference if a future Nike extraction is ever undertaken.

## Phase 15 Coverage

The planned domain scope covers the full lifecycle of fitness instruction:

- Core fitness animation infrastructure.
- Fitness instructor avatar system.
- Calisthenics instruction.
- Stretching and flexibility guidance.
- Strength training guidance.
- HIIT and cardio coaching.
- Mobility and posture correction.
- Physical therapy and rehabilitation support.
- Dance and rhythm-based fitness.
- Sports-specific training.
- AI personal trainer.
- Biometric and wearable integration.
- Fitness content generation.
- Form validation and safety.
- Progress tracking and analytics.
- Multi-platform delivery.
- Social and community fitness features.
- Integration and API surfaces.

## Current Implementation Notes

Phase 15 tasks were written against Lilith paths such as
`libs/lilith/fitness-animation/` and `apps/lilith/svc-ai/src/*-instruction/`,
not against any `libs/nike/` package. Shakti is the active named domain for
broader physical discipline, including yoga, martial arts, fitness, form
analysis, biometric tracking, and instructor tooling. Nike should be treated as
a legacy phase label unless a future explicit `apps/nike` or `libs/nike`
workspace is created.

## Cross-Domain Boundaries

Understanding where Nike's intended scope ends and other domains begin is
important before any extraction work:

- **Shakti** owns physical discipline, movement intelligence, certification,
form analysis, and training programs — the primary heir to Nike's planned
  features.
- **Lilith and Tara** consume wellness and meditation-related experiences that
  sit adjacent to fitness instruction.
- **Aja** supplies motion capture, pose estimation, and movement analysis that
  Nike's form-validation features would consume.
- **Psyche** supplies behavioral coaching and personalization that would drive
  adaptive workout plans.
- **Iris** supplies conversational coaching and assistant surfaces through which
  fitness guidance would be delivered.

Any Nike extraction must be contract-first so these domains can continue
consuming the capabilities without introducing direct dependency loops.
