Which film lenses ship first?

## Recommendation

Adopt the proposal's recommended set (§26.6): playback/annotation, camera,
performance, narrative, and sound — with costume and animation following. These
five cover the learner-filmmaker journey end to end while limiting analyzer
surface; costume (Aglaea) and animation (Aja) follow once media-region grounding
and real extraction exist.

## Options considered

- All lenses at once — rejected: violates YSD-0019 (automation only after
  correction/calibration exist) and spreads evaluation thin.
- Narrative-only start — rejected: leaves the workspace text-shaped and
  under-serves performance/camera personas.

## Consequences

- Section 9 lens items are sequenced by this set; the prohibited-inference
  analyzers flagged in section-29-evidence.md stay excluded regardless of lens
  order.

## Machine-enforced outcome (once approved)

Lens registry feature flags (YSD-1014) enable exactly the approved set;
unapproved lenses return unsupported.
