text with namespace/key identity and source-hash invalidation, string-table
assets, a gather pipeline over source/asset/metadata, PO/XLIFF/CSV export-import
round-trips, ICU-style plural (CLDR one/few/many/other) + gender + context
selection, locale-aware number/date/time formatting, RTL/bidi ordering,
per-locale fallback chains, per-culture asset variants, subtitle/dialogue
localization, a translation-memory fuzzy matcher, glossary/style-guide checks
and a cost+progress dashboard (phase 173.3)
