# Tara Rail channel

The V10 adapter for Tara's quiet presence surface. It reads the canonical
`breathwork-coherent` cadence, accessibility fallback, and contraindication note
from `@tara/features`; it does not keep a second pacing table.

IANA-local top-of-hour boundaries (including fractional offsets and DST) become
ordinary `tara.hourly-bell` drips with no priority, interruption, autoplay, or
live-moment/elevation declaration. The bell is semantic content; the Rail
retains all visual, haptic, and sound delivery authority. The one-breath
micro-act paces exactly one coherent cycle and remains voluntary; abandonment
carries no score, streak, or penalty.
