This is the per-fighter cultural-review packet required by
V2/docs/production/sensitivity-cultural-review.md (V2 §95.3). Overall status:
pending-external-review — no sensitivity-reader pool is contracted (the
§95.3 reader-pool task is held at [~]; see
V2/VERIFICATION_REMEDIATION_2026-06-12.md). No signoff below may be flipped to
approved without a real, named reviewer-group record in this packet; the roster
ledger (V2/balance/fighters/sensitivity-review-ledger.csv) fails closed at
pending until then, enforced by V2/ue/Tools/check-v2-studio-wellness.py.
Reviewable material in this repository today: the launch-roster catalog entry (display name, archetype, origin, moveset-coverage ids) and the per-fighter signature-checklist requirements. Character art, costume designs, lore pages, VO, and stage content do not exist yet; dimensions that review those surfaces cannot start until the content exists.
