V9 reuses far more than it creates — the defining property of a productization
version. This document lists what V9 reuses (existing Oshun surface), what
it creates (net-new connective tissue), and what is new external (new
third-party dependencies). Internal items cite the in-repo surface; see
V9_GAP_ANALYSIS.md for the file-level reality of each.

3. New external dependencies#
V9 deliberately minimizes net-new external dependencies — almost everything is already vendored by the domains it composes.

No new datastore, no new model provider beyond what Iris/Nous already broker, no new identity/billing/safety system.

V9 consumes the platform and the domains as services; it shares the V-series
account/entitlement graph (V_SERIES_PLATFORM_CONSOLIDATION.md) so learning and
play feed each other on one account. The only one-way external-liveness
dependency at P2/P3 is the game-bridge, which (like V6's Aye Bridge and V8's
Daedalus relay) requires the target realms + the Bellona cook path to be live.
