Legacy Planned Physical Wellness and Fitness Instruction Domain (TODO Phase 15)
Nike is a legacy planned domain label with no workspace packages. It was originally scoped in Phase 15 as a standalone fitness-instruction domain, but that work was implemented under Lilith paths and later domain responsibility shifted to Shakti. This document records the intended package layout and ownership guidance for any future extraction effort.
Status#
Legacy planned-only domain. No apps/nike/* or libs/nike/* packages exist.
Intended Package Layout (Phase 15)#
If extracted into its own workspace, Nike would be organized around the following libraries:
libs/nike/
core/
animation/
instructor-avatar/
calisthenics/
flexibility/
strength/
cardio/
mobility/
rehabilitation/
dance/
sports/
trainer-ai/
biometrics/
content-generation/
safety/
analytics/

api/
The original Phase 15 implementation references Lilith paths and should be treated as historical placement. Any future extraction should preserve existing Lilith behavior and coordinate with Shakti rather than duplicating active physical-training ownership.
Ownership Guidance#
New general fitness and movement-intelligence work should default to Shakti unless it is explicitly scoped as a Nike extraction. Historical Phase 15 feature documentation remains useful as an implementation reference and for regression coverage.
If a Nike extraction is ever performed, the architecture must be contract-first so that Lilith, Tara, Shakti, Iris, and Psyche can consume the capabilities without introducing direct dependency loops between those domains.
Verification Expectations#
Any future Nike extraction should include the following test categories to confirm correctness and safety:
- Motion and pose fixture tests.
- Safety-validation tests (contraindication checks, modification triggers).
- Workout-plan generation tests.
- Biometric ingestion tests.
- App-flow tests where user-facing behavior is exposed.
