Phase 72.5.1.12 adds @v2/telemetry-data-export-api, the governed raw event
query API for researchers and analysts.
Query Contract#
queryTelemetryDataExport reads warehouse.v2_telemetry.events rows from a
TelemetryDataExportSource and returns raw event metadata plus preserved
payloadJson. Queries can filter by topic, session ID, account hash, and event
time range. Results are ordered by event time, sequence, and event ID, with
opaque cursor pagination through encodeTelemetryDataExportCursor.
createTelemetryDataExportApi exposes the same query contract at
GET /v2/telemetry/export/events. format=jsonl returns newline-delimited
events with formatTelemetryDataExportJsonLines.
Governance#
assertTelemetryDataExportAuthorized requires a researcher, analyst, or admin
role and a non-empty approved purpose. Optional principal scopes restrict topics
and account hashes before data leaves the warehouse. The exporter rejects any
payload JSON that still contains forbidden raw identifiers such as email, IP
address, platform user ID, or raw log lines.
