What V4 Accepts#
V4 considers partnerships only when they support the game creatively: accuracy, craft, location authenticity, player education, or community value. A partner must clear the internal curation board before production work begins.
Review Standard#
- Every proposal needs a creative brief, legal clearance, and public disclosure plan.
- The creative director can veto any proposal that weakens the game or reads as reactive paid placement.
- Real-world venue work requires location rights, revenue-share terms, owner-approval windows, and cultural-representation review.
- Heritage firearms collaborations are rendering-only references. They do not grant gameplay-stat advantages, paid power, or competitive unlocks.
- Cross-IP guest operators must be optional, time-boxed, excluded from the permanent competitive roster, and cleared for IP plus NIL use before announcement.
- Annual real-world event tie-ins require event rights, venue review, public disclosure, and sponsor-placement blocking.
- Cause-led cosmetics must be cosmetic-only, disclose the partner, route 100% of proceeds through the store ledger, and publish an impact report.
Off-Limits Categories#
V4 does not accept tobacco, gambling-adjacent, or politically aligned brand integrations. The partnership service blocks those categories before board review.
Player Disclosure#
Material real-world partnerships are disclosed in public policy pages and in the in-game Codex entry connected to the relevant weapon, venue, operator, or event. Disclosure text names the partner category, the creative purpose, and whether money, services, venue rights, or reference access changed hands.
