Processing Limits#
Audit data is processed only for accessibility review, severity triage, certification readiness, and remediation verification. Production player data is not provided for fieldwork; all gameplay sessions use seeded test accounts.
Retention#
Working notes are retained through the final report plus 90 days for remediation verification, then deleted unless legal hold is active.
