V2 contracts DEI and accessibility partners for hiring, content review, community management, feature design, verification, and player engagement.
DEI Consultancy#
The DEI consultancy reviews hiring practices, interview loops, promotion criteria, compensation-band drift, content representation, community-management policy, incident patterns, and manager training. Findings go to the studio GM, HR/people partner, production director, and independent ombudsperson.
Accessibility Consultancy#
The accessibility consultancy, such as AbleGamers or a similar specialist, reviews accessibility feature design, control hardware support, UI readability, captioning, haptics alternatives, motor-access options, photosensitivity risk, and community feedback intake. Verification evidence is attached to release gates for affected features.
Per-Feature Gate#
Every release gate includes a DEI/accessibility review field. A feature cannot ship if it changes representation, community policy, accessibility behavior, minor safety, player reporting, onboarding, UI readability, or store disclosure without recording the consultancy outcome or an approved not-applicable reason.
Community Engagement#
Consultants participate in structured community listening sessions for major accessibility and representation changes. Player feedback is summarized without exposing private health, identity, or account details.
