Section 107 defines off-road physics, rally pacenotes, rally event modes, off-road vehicle classes, launch track variety, and co-op rally.
Off-Road Physics#
Off-road suspension uses a long-travel profile with higher bump recovery and greater body roll permitted. Per-surface friction covers dirt, mud, sand, snow, and gravel with distinct grip and slide profiles.
Jump physics lets ramps deliver the vehicle into an air arc. Landing applies suspension compression and airborne control is limited.
Pacenotes#
The pacenote system uses per-track authored audio cues delivered by co-driver voice. Example cues include "Right 4, 50, into Left 3", "Crest into jump, caution", and "Hairpin left tightens". Each cue is per-locale localized.
Per-cue timing is authored relative to the upcoming corner. Rally includes pacenote training mode for new players and a pacenote-off toggle for veterans.
Rally Modes#
Stage Rally is timed single-stage racing with multi-stage cumulative time. Rally Cross is multi-car circuit-style racing on a rally course. Hill Climb is timed ascent. Dirt Drift is drift mode on dirt surface.
Vehicle Classes#
Off-road vehicle classes are Buggy, Truck, SUV, Rally Car, and Monster Truck. Buggy is fast and agile, Truck is heavy and stable, SUV is mid, Rally Car is tail-happy and fast, and Monster Truck is slow and indestructible.
Track Inventory#
Launch stage variety covers forest, desert, snow, mud, coastal cliff, and urban dirt with at least 5 launch tracks. Each launch track has pacenotes, surface friction, and jump physics authored.
Co-Op Rally#
Co-op rally supports a 2-player driver plus co-driver setup. One player drives and one player calls real-time pacenotes from a script.
