@v2/aphrodite-consent-surfaces replaces standalone V2 consent handling with
@aphrodite/consent-engine.
The surface controls per-feature consent for:
- telemetry;
- voice processing;
- behavioral profiling.
The bridge emits v2.consent.surface.evaluated, v2.telemetry.consent.changed,
v2.voice-processing.consent.changed, and
v2.behavioral-profiling.consent.changed events. Enabled features require
consent receipts; missing, denied, withdrawn, or expired consent defaults to
privacy-preserving fallbacks with disallowed data classes redacted. It sets
mayInfluenceRollback: false.
