@v2/themis-dispute-resolution is the V2 adapter for @themis/dispute-resolution. It exposes three server-side surfaces:

  • DSA Statement-of-Reasons notices for moderation actions.
  • Moderation appeal intake with the Themis seven-calendar-day SLA.
  • Tournament-result dispute intake for bracket, score, rule, eligibility, and integrity challenges.

The source-of-truth package owns the machine-readable Statement-of-Reasons shape, the themis.dsa.statement-of-reasons.v1 API id, the themis.moderation-appeal.v1 flow id, and the themis.tournament-result-dispute.v1 flow id. The same adapter covers moderation appeals and tournament-result dispute intake. Moderation appeals route through Themis moderation_appeal decisions with mediator and safety reviewer queues. Tournament-result disputes map to Themis election_challenge routing so auditor review is required before final bracket publication.

The V2 wrapper records audit and governance data only. It is off rollback, cannot influence deterministic match simulation, and cannot change frame data, ranked MMR math, or tournament outcomes without the downstream human/auditor review process.
